The non-functional fireplace was a letdown since it was expected for a cozy atmosphere!!! Also, the dim lighting in the room didn't work for me—I prefer brighter spaces for a more inviting feel!!!

Soundproofing issues make it hard to enjoy peace when voices and furniture movement from the upper floor pierce through. Ground-floor rooms lack privacy with street-level visibility, along with the disappointment of no functional fireplace despite being advertised, and cleanliness could be improved, as clumps of hair were found in the shower.

While the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, I did notice that sound insulation could be improved as noise from above sometimes disrupted the peace. Additionally, a lack of outdoor seating limited relaxation options outside during busy times.
